DeAnna Lee Dance is bringing all the Boot Boogie fun to the Stroum Jewish Community Center on Mercer Island with the all-new Boot Kids program!
DLD provides a safe space for kids of all sizes and backgrounds to grow together through dance and friendships, and we believe most strongly that the YOUTH OF TODAY EMPOWER THE YOUTH OF TOMORROW!
SYLLABUS: Boot Kids will learn the basics in line dancing with Boot Boogie Babes Lead Dance Instructor Alexis Perron! She will teach lots of fun, easy to follow line dances, plus Alexis will teach basic techniques that will have your kids dancing at social gatherings like weddings and backyard BBQ’s. This is also a great way to burn fun country and kid friendly pop music calories!
- WHEN: Wednesday’s May 1st – June 12th 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm
- WHERE: Stroum Jewish Community Center on Mercer Island
- AGES: 7 – 12 ONLY PLEASE
- WHAT TO WEAR: Kids can wear whatever is most comfortable to allow them to dance and have fun! They can wear tennis shoes and if they have cowboy boots, we’d love for them to show em’ off!
- SHOW AND TELL: On week seven, Alexis will invite parents into the last 15 minutes of class to watch and participate in a fun “show and tell”! Yes, parents can join the line dancing fun too!
