2023 DeAnna Lee Dance Auditions for our Las Cruces Boot Boogie Babes starts soon! We are in search of every level of dancer who would like to join a safe space for women of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds to grow through dance and friendships, and women who believe that empowered women, empower women!
This year we are creating a performance team patterned after our flagship Boot Boogie Babes chapter in Seattle, Washington, and our chapters now in Charleston, South Carolina, and Bakersfield, California.
Once you’re registered, we will add you to our private Facebook groups where you can meet new Boot Sisters who will love practicing outside of class to help you get ready and feel great at audition time!
NOW, let’s talk about the 2023 Audition process!
AUDITIONS WILL BE HELD WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 4TH – WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 1ST 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm

The first four weeks of auditions January 4th – January 22nd will be focused on the Audition Boot Camp and prep classes where you will learn the 2023 Audition Dance; “Cowboy” choreographed by DeAnna Lee Dance.
On Wednesday, February 1st, you will be asked to perform the 2023 Audition Dance for three Boot Boogie Babes judges including DeAnna Lee, creator and founder of DLD. Don’t worry! We will never have you dance alone… that’s not fun! We will always have you in groups of 3 women.
During Auditions we will go over the Audition dance quickly, answer any questions you may have about choreography, technique, and styling. It’s best to learn it before you attend Auditions, so you are ready to go! Reach out to existing members of the DLD organization to go over the dance and rehearse. Our Boot Sisters are always ready and willing to help new ladies!
