2023 DeAnna Lee Dance Auditions for our Charleston Boot Boogie Babes starts soon! We are in search of every level of dancer who would like to join a safe space for women of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds to grow through dance and friendships, and women who believe that empowered women, empower women!
This year we are creating two performance teams patterned after our flagship Boot Boogie Babes chapter in Seattle, Washington! Boot Boogie Babes (Advanced Level) and our very popular Boot Girls (Intermediate Level).
Once you’re registered, we will add you to our private Facebook groups where you can meet new Boot Sisters who will love practicing outside of class to help you get ready and feel great at audition time!
NOW, let’s talk about the 2023 Audition process!
AUDITIONS WILL BE HELD SATURDAY, JANUARY 7TH 1 PM – 5 PM.
Location for in person Auditions: Pivotal Fitness, Summerville, SC
You will be asked to perform the 2023 Audition Dance plus one other dance from Audition Boot Camp! You will never dance alone… that’s not fun! We will always have you in groups of 3 to 4 women.
During Auditions we will go over the Audition dance quickly, answer any questions you may have about choreography, technique, and styling. It’s best to learn it before you attend Auditions, so you are ready to go! Reach out to existing members of the DLD organization to go over dances and rehearse. Our Boot Sisters are always ready and willing to help new ladies!

2023 Audition Dance Workshop taught by creator of the Boot Boogie Babes, DeAnna Lee! She will spend two hours teaching the Audition dance. Plus, she will have 20 women from the Seattle Boot Boogie Babes in the workshop to help empower all of the Charleston Boot Sisters!
